School Rules

  1. Students should carry their organizer to school every day with their photograph and the identity information complete and signed by the parent. The parents are expected to pursue the contents of the organizer and fill in entries on the specified pages.
  2. Students who come to school in their own transport should arrive at the School before the bell rings. 
  3. Student’s appearance should be tidy and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn every day and for all school functions. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in the complete uniform are liable for penalization.
  4. Boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals. Girls should neatly make plaits or properly manage their hair according to the length.
  5. No shouting or whistling is allowed on the school premises.
  6. Students are expected to respect the property of others. This includes respect for School property: No student should damage any School furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the Class Teacher. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it. Anyone who notices something damaged should report the matter even if he or she does not know who has done it.
  7. Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments to school.
  8. Students are advised to keep their classroom/school building/campus as neat as possible and throw leftovers into the dustbin only.
  9. Lending or borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted. The school will have strong objections to such an exchange.
  10. The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches, jewelry, electronic gadgets) to school.
  11. Students should observe polite standards wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by the behavior of its students. Students are expected to wish their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offenses.
  12. Students should have the spirit of ‘We-Feeling’ and brotherhood among their fellow students. They should be enthusiastic and eager in their approach to helping others.
  13. The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose performance in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  14. Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in their classrooms, without the permission of the Principal.
  15. Once the child has come to school, he/she shall not be allowed to return home early, without the permission of the principal.
  16. The school provides education from Pre-Nursery to Grade 6. It is expected that the seniors would treat the juniors with love and affection while the juniors would show respect to their seniors.
  17. No student shall indulge in any of the following practices:
    1. Disfiguring or otherwise damaging any school property.
    2. Any form of gambling.
    3. Use of drugs or intoxicants.
    4. Unruly and rude behavior.
    5. Use of violence or vandalism in any form.
    6. Casteism or communalism.
  18. The observance of rules of discipline of the school and good behavior is an essential condition to student’s continuing in the school. In case any student violates the school rules or indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like expulsion/suspension shall be taken against the student.
  19. Parents and guardians of all students are expected to contact the teachers on the respective PTM days to note the progress of their wards.
  20. A child who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
  21. A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
  22. Student using the school bus will maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facilities will be withdrawn in cases where discipline is not properly maintained.
  23. Students should avoid bringing oily or heavy lunch packs, they should carry a light nutritious diet or dry food packs or fresh fruits, vegetables etc.
  24. Disobedience, indiscipline and arrogant behavior will not be entertained. Systematic and proper planning in terms of their academic excellence is expected from the students.
  25. Students are strictly forbidden to wear any junk jewelry or accessories during school hours. They should be simple and decent in their outward expression. Students should avoid loitering around the school corridors or in any other part of the school premises.
  26. Mobile phones are NOT allowed during school hours, in case of an emergency, the student can call home from the school office by the permission of school authorities.
  27. Students are encouraged and advised to maintain a balance between their academic achievement and extra-curricular activities.
  28. If a student is injured during school hours in the campus first aid will be administered in the school infirmary by the nurse in charge and all efforts shall be made to notify the parents immediately. All minor injuries will be treated at school unless the school is directed by the parents to do otherwise. You are required to keep us posted regarding the change in your contact/phone number.
  29. Condition to admit a child in the school: The school will take utmost care for all students on campus or in its school bus, but will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any consequence arising out of any mishap occurring due to pre-existing disease, whether declared or undeclared to the school. Also, the school will not be responsible for any kind of accident that may happen on campus or on road within the school bus, due to the negligence not related to the school management.
